BRS Ipyporã was the first hybrid cultivar launched by Embrapa. With excellent quality and nutritional value of forage in both the dry and rainy seasons, it is very responsive to fertilization. It is recommended for areas with a high incidence of pasture leafhoppers, due to its high resistance to the insect.
